It doesn’t get any more fab than New York Fashion Week. Fashion devotees from around the world migrate to the Big Apple to get access to the biggest names in fashion and the most spectacular shows.
Beyond the Rack got the chance to gift the celebrities at the Empire Hotel. The GBK Gift Lounge attracted a host of celebrities who loved all the BTR swag (Who wouldn’t?).
Here’s the behind-the-scenes celebrity scoop:
Celebrity Stylist Phillip Bloch lingered at our booth for quite a while, chatting with the BTR staff. He loved the Ausiie Couture boots we were displaying. He said he was into the studded detail on the back heel. (Don’t forget to check out Phillip Bloch’s BTR picks, starting September 24th.)
Star Jones was really sweet and very friendly. She said she will give her gift bag to the charity she supports, The America Heart Association.
Songwriter and ex-American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi (who is so petite in person!) said she really likes to shop for clothes online.
Real Housewives of New York star Jill Zarin and her flamboyant interior decorator Brad Boles (who looked smashing with his massive Hermès Birkin bag) came by too. Jill asked for an extra gift bag for her daughter Ali!
Another Real Housewives of New York star we caught up with was LuAnn de Lessep (who is so much taller in person). She was also very friendly and loved the Pucci sunglasses we displayed.
Lindsay Lohan popped by but only stayed for ten minutes and left with her entire entourage.
We also got to mingle with some top celebrity stylists such as Trina Patterson, Lindsay Albanese, and Joe Exclusive.
