Q: What are some organizing tips you would give to people who are really looking to declutter their homes?
A: Start with your shoes. If you’re anything like me, you have shoes in every closet in your home, in your trunk, and in your office.
Shoe organizers come in different shapes, sizes, and colors – choose one that fits your needs. The 50 pair shoe organizer in the Home Storage Solutions event (starting Friday, March 30) is my personal favorite.
Don’t stop there – take any unorganized area in your house and start to declutter using either labeled baskets, clear bins, or modular shelving. Your kitchen pantry deserves the same care and attention. The Can Storage Rack in the Organize it All event (launching Monday, March 26) will free up space and leave your pantry looking neat.

Q: The summer is soon approaching and people are looking forward to entertaining outdoors again! What are some affordable, must-have items they should get to make it happen?
A: Opt for color – spring is a great time to refresh and rejuvenate. Cute, colorful silicone wine charms in flower shapes are great for entertaining a crowd. The gift-boxed, 14 piece Happy Hour Bar Accessories set includes ice trays, cutting boards, and some great drink tags! (in the Spring Holiday Entertaining event, starting March 24).
Q: The bathroom is often overlooked style-wise. What tips and tricks would you give our readers to help them give new life to this room?
A: Invest in a new bath mat, a shower curtain, and matching accessories. You can change the look of your bathroom for less than $30 and change it every season if you like! This month I went for creams, neutrals, and an animal print shower curtain from Marimac! My bathroom was so boring, all white. Now I’m definitely having fun with all the accessories that have glamorized the space.
Memory foam is so hot right now, especially bath mats. I highly recommend getting one yourself!

Q: What types of items would you recommend to our BTR shoppers to help them refresh their bedroom?
A: A new set of sheets and a new duvet cover for spring! I always like to refresh my bed this time of year. I love the 1000TC sheets from Maison Condelle – they are so soft and lightweight.
The Savannah Silk Pillow Case and feather mattress topper by Highland Feather are AMAZING! There’s really nothing like getting a good night’s sleep before a full day of work, so I can say it was worth investing, in my “beauty sleep”.
All in all, I really like all our Bed & Bath products – I think each one of BTR’s Bed & Bath events has such great products. I wish I had 100 beds!
Q: What are some pieces you’d recommend people get to liven up their home décor without going over their budget?
A: Don’t miss the Chic & Unique Home Décor event on Saturday. Privilege features all the hottest vintage looks in home décor. The event features small accent furniture from $86.99, lamps from $49.99 and decorative accents from $9.99. We suggest the end table for a pure vintage appeal.

Q: Summer is soon approaching – what types of outdoor furniture pieces are trendy right now?
A: Resin wicker is a big trend for outdoor furniture right now. It requires minimum maintenance and is extremely durable. Dining sets in resin wicker with metal accents will get you ready for your summer outdoor events! Bistro sets are also a nice touch to give your backyard a Parisian feel. Hammocks are also a hot new trend, great for relaxing in the shade on a sunny summer day.
