Not to brag or anything, but the BTR head office boasts some seriously fashionable people. This month we’re featuring employees that know just what to wear for the upcoming chill.

You’ll always see me in a leather jacket in the fall. I keep my wardrobe simple and basic with jeans and t-shirts on most days, and on the colder days, I love oversized sweaters. I top everything off with fur – either a fur collar or vest. A friend once described me perfectly by saying that I’m all for “clean lines, and modern simplistic grunge”.
Jenn, Senior Buyer for Luxury, Intimates, and Beauty
I generally like wearing basic pieces like a good high-waisted black harem pant and tucked-in tank. I accessorize with a statement belt, and I particularly love my vintage Hermes one! I usually finish the whole look off with a great motorcycle boot or Western bootie, and a red lip for pizazz.
For the coming season, I’m seeing a lot of color in bags. I’m loving Prada Fall/Winter bags. Their Saffiano cobalt blue with red lining is killer. Celine is also featuring popping colors like bright orange that really make a statement.
Courtney, Senior Buyer for Infants, Juvenile, and Maternity
What I love about kids’ fall apparel is that it never loses color! Unlike adult wardrobes that switch to darker clothing in the colder months, kids are going back to school in bright hues. You’ll see neon yellows, bright blues, and oranges all trending this fall.
Personally, my own individual fall style is layered and cozy…if I could wear cashmere head-to-toe every day, I would! I accessorize with scarves and wide brim wool hats, and my favorite fall colors include plum, navy, gray and orange.

As a photographer, I’m moving around a lot and find myself in awkward positions sometimes to get that perfect shot. This is why I always try to choose comfort in my clothing. That being said, I wear button-up shirts with slacks, or t-shirts. My fashion palette isn’t too brightly colored; for fall I wear peacoats in gray or dark navy.
