Think outside the fashion box for a unique, cutting edge look. Stay ahead of the trends and check out these innovative materials and ethical designs from Matt & Nat and Miz Mooz to jump start your style.
Matt & Nat is a vegan line designed in Montreal since 1995, and now a well-loved brand that can be spotted in Canada, the United States, the UK, Japan, Germany and Australia. Their motto “live beautifully” inspires an appreciation of the humanity, creativity and positivity found in all of us. Their chic handbags and accessories are inspired by the textures and hues of nature, and do not use leather or any other animal-based materials in their designs. Each season, they explore new innovative ways to remain sustainable and eco-friendly, and over the years, they’ve made magic happen with materials such as recycled nylons and cardboard, as well as sustainable rubber and cork. Since 2007, the linings inside all Matt & Nat bags have been made out of 100% recycled plastic bottles. Some great brand ambassadors of M&N have included Nathalie Portman, Olivia Wilde, Charlize Theron, and Emily Deschanel. Carry all your essentials in ethical accessories such as this delicate peach tote, add an edgy touch with this zipper-accented laptop bag, and express your need for green with this trendy wallet. Add the perfect finishing touch to your favorite dress or jeans with this faux leather belt.
From the beginning, Miz Mooz has been committed to the principle that fashion and comfort can happily coexist, with designs expressing the ultimate fusion of form and function. With this sensibility it’s easy to spot a Miz Mooz shoe, just look for chic vintage styling, hand finished leather, and unique and unexpected detailing. Like so many indie companies and rock bands, Miz Mooz was started in a New York City basement. They’ve come a long way since those early days in 2001, but they’re still proud to call NYC home. Treat your toes to fabulous designs such as these ladylike pink sandal pumps, a classic open toe T-strap, or these boss boots with side button embellishments.
Last week’s annual Academy Awards showcased some of the most stellar jewelry styles we’ve seen in decades. With trends of oversized bling, beaded gemstones, and white hot diamonds, here’s how to steal the looks for less.
Delicate and understated yet hardly a wallflower look, there’s a reason diamonds have been called a girl’s best friend. Get Dakota Johnson’s white-hot style with single stud earrings or haute hoops. And pair with a red carpet-ready bracelet like this clear gemstone star cuff for an Oscar-winning style.
This week we’re keeping the summer spirit alive with some super cute swimwear looks. Florals are a fun and fresh way to freshen up your poolside attire, and you’ll find those and many other sweet styles on sale this weekend.
Purple is the “it” color of the season and when you pair it with a fresh floral print like this bikini/cover-up combo you’ll have a no-fail, on-trend summer look. Add casual, yet chic white sandals and a neutral sun hat for the perfect complement.
Our second look is keeping the floral trend alive with a cobalt twist. If you want to stand out with a bold color, pair this wrap-around with a matching flowery bikini. Sandals with just a hint of blue and a large oversized tote are the perfect accessories to balance out this look.
This week’s feature is all about summer styles for men. We’ve created 2 looks to keep you stylish from day to night.
The look on the left keeps it casual while keeping you cool in the heat. Tropical prints are not only on-trend this season, their fun and quirky too. Add a pair of classic Ray-Bans, leather bracelets, and a chunky watch to accessorize.
On the right, we’ve styled the perfect look for a hot summer night. The printed short sleeved shirt keeps it dressy, but won’t have you breaking a sweat. A pair of aviators, a stylish and airy hat, and Ked-inspired shoes complete this effortless style.

Our stylist, Scott McLean, is back again with a brand new trend:
Crop tops are hot, hot, hot, this season. Although this “it” top might be on the small size, it’s definitely big on style! So the real question is, how do you wear this new fashion star? That’s where I can help. I’m going to show you four different types of crop tops, as well as how to wear them.
Our first design is a flirty and loose cropped top. A floral print is just what you need for spring and summer. Pair it with white or blue skinny jeans and sandals.
The second top is a charcoal and black stripped crop top/bustier combo. It’s a street style inspired look. Complete your ensemble with a high-waisted skirt or shorts, and you’ll be ready for a night on the town!
Our third top is a black and white short cropped top. The geometric pattern and sheer cut-outs give it a fashion-forward and bold look. Try wearing it with a form-fitting skirt as well as stilettos with a thick ankle strap. You’ll be fashionably fierce!
Our last look is a dressy or casual transitional look that you can wear from day to night. It is an unstructured crop top, making it appropriate for daytime, but has flat studs which takes it into the evening. Take the look further with preppy white shorts, or textured leggings.
You can grab all of these tops and more from out St. Croix Tanks sale on Sunday, May 4th at 9am ET.
